Our Program Model
HAP Enterprises provides residential services to adults with intellectual disabilities. Our residential program is designed to teach individuals of all skill levels how to live as independently as possible.
Semi-Independent Living
Designed for individuals who have demonstrated a high-level of independence, but still require supports to prosper in the community. Individuals are provided with 10-29 hours of support from direct support professionals (DSP) per week. The DSP are available to answer any questions and concerns the individuals may have and help them complete tasks they may be struggling with. The independent living homes are located within walking distance to restaurants and shops to help promote community participation and opportunities for leisure activities. ,
Supervised Living
The supervised program is designed for individuals who require 24-hours of support and a more structured home environment. Individuals who reside in this setting are usually diagnosed with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. The individuals living in the supervised homes are provided assistance as needed with all daily living skills, medication management, healthcare appointments, shopping, cleaning, cooking and laundry. No matter the level of disability, community involvement is a primary goal for all individuals we serve.
